You just need to find Brats at one of the local polka/beer fests. Grilled and served with saurkraut and mustard. Some of the haziest memories I have of the midwest (besides my mid waist?) are small towns with the streets blocked off and the party overflowing. Over the years though, violence moved in and closed the show.

I've been real happy with House of Motorcycles:
http://www.houseofmotorcycles.com
(800) 286-5871
(619) 229-7700
4904 El Cajon Blvd.
Their ad is on pgs 24-25 of the June issue of Motorcyclist magazine.
They've always treated my bikes well and their tire prices are excellent.
They're not far from I8 in the College (SDSU) area.
