whats this i hear about at dynojet kit?

I'm new to the KLR list (own a KRL 250) and was reading at
http://www.dualsport.org/cvcarb/index.html where references are often
made to "the Dynojet kit". Is this some jet kit that allows you to
modify the CV carb for better performance? Has anyone tried it and is
it good? Where can I get some details on it from, order one etc. Lots
of questions I know.
