two-up shock settings - a14

What is the groups experience with the OEM shock settings for two-up riding. I adjusted the settings for 2 and II but it seems soft. I weigh 200, my wife 110 and our two-up riding will be all on the road. Any info would be great. Thanks, D E Hager Nazareth, PA
