Having transplanted from California, the land of chorizo, tri-tip, linquisa, hot links and the stadium dog, to Wisconsin, I just don't see the infatuation with brauts. I have tried them several times, beer boiled and BBQ'd, yuck. Must be an acquired taste. Give me an Italian sausage, polish sausage, hot link, or stadium dog anyday. No offense to Wisconsin tradition, I just don't see it, or should I say taste it. But what matters is not the beer, the brauts, or the dogs, is it? What matters is the camaraderie of the people we shared these moments with...........so up with the brauts, I guess. Jim Sherlock
