[dsn_klr650] valve shims and adjustment

I checked with Elden Carl when I did the 500 mile service/valve adjust on my
A14. He recommended setting the valve clearance to the maximum end of
specified clearances. He says they'll continue to close up over the next 3000
or so miles, and recommended I check them at 3000 miles. I set them up this
way. It works fine. I have peace of mind knowing that I probably won't have
to change shims again until 10,000 or more miles (although I am going to
check at 3000).
