Hi,
Anyone around Portland, Oregon own a Sherpa? I think it's more
appropriate as just Sherpa. It gets you where you want to go,
reliably
but slowly, with frequent stops for salted tea and yak butter. It
could be Super, I think, with a few mods. A plastic tank with more
capacity would be great, and the made-for-Japan high front fender.
There are tapped mounting holes already in place. Its light weight
and
nimble steering geometry would be nice off-road if it had the
suspension(higher), geering(lower) and tires(bigger) to handle it.
Engine hop-ups are needed too, and transferable from the KLX250. It
can even be bored out to 300cc's! Don't get me wrong, I've had a
blast
on it just the way it is.
