I'm the farthest thing from an experieced tuner but I am experienced in a way. Many times I've travelled from Colorado altitudes to Mexican sea level in the space of a few days. The bike always ran well; when it ran rough it's been temporary, I believe due to bad gas. That's why I don't mess with the stock jetting (I do run a K&N air filter).
