nklr: spam, it's what's for dinner 1938

I believe that at one time, back in pre-WWII era, Spam was evolved from infantry ration development, and in keeping with the times, it was so named "Spam".....at the time it was considered quite a "convenience" . This was when canned food was not in everyone's larder......not everyone had refrigerators.......cars had a 3-speed column shift.....Harley-Davidsons looked about the same, though....no one had television, everyone listened to radio......a good dual sport bike would be a H-D 45...
