[dsn_klr650] klr radiator shrouds rubbing tank...fixed!

Speaking of this issue, I just bought 2 plumbing black rubber washers, about 1/2 in Daimeter from Home Depot. One of these on each top faring screw between the faring and the tank has improved the situation a lot. If your in Canada, Canadian tire has better prices on these washers, marginally.
