yes, but you'll need to loosen the boots on both ends of the carb and remove
the throttle cables, then you rotate the carb clockwise 45 degrees but do
this only after fully disconnecting the cable at the handlebar.

it has a fairly fragile plastic fitting that screws into the side of the
carbie...I think it takes a 14mm...if you try do do it w/o removing it from
the handlebar and creating slack you will bung it up or crack it...FWIW it
isn't a choke as we know it...it is a fuel enrichment circuit as you'll see
when you get at it...

I found the CO2 cartridges to have no useful capacity. I carry a little
bike pump - roughly 11 strokes per lb. for the rear, 8-9 strokes for the
front.

I just tried that, used the one for my mt. bike, and your correct sir...now
I have to fing a place to strap it on...whats one more thing...?!?
