Kill switch must be UP/ON.
Try putting up the kickstand.
Put it in neutral.
No go? I'd start with the relay.

Ok, I'll add my 2 cents. I'm betting on the kill switch. When I finally traced down my similar issue last year I found the plastic disk inside the kill switch that holds the contacts had split into 2 pieces. Fortunately I carefully disassembled it while investigating and was able to superglue the parts together. After the glue set up I used some 400 grit sand paper on a block to smooth the surface for good contact. You can bypass the safety switch as a test to see if it starts before you disassemble the switch.
For what it may be worth.

Check your kill switch. Check your starter solenoid, both the 10 Ga. connections to battery and starter, but also the white nylon plug for the trigger circuit. (My next best guess is that plug got dislodged.) Check the battery connections and ground as well as the starter ground. If that does not cure it, go back to the wiring on the RH grip, kill switch and starter button, looking for someplace that wiring could have disconnected or pinched during the work with the handlebars.
