I don't know if it gets better gas millage or not because my A13 has always got great gas mileage anyway.I didn't do any rejetting with it. Thanks Thanks Doug for an honest report. I'm perusing the service manual after a ragged 606 to fresh Mefo front tire change and noticed it says: High altitude adjustment use #142 for the main and #38 for the pilot (stock is #145 and #40) I'm here at 5,000+ feet and frequent 10k+ often. I'm wondering what this might do for me love? For anyone that has done this, what results did you get? Brian
