You bask in quiet vanity and hope it doesn t border on the sin of pride. You know that you re a member of a club of motorcyclists that actually ride pretty much anywhere and any distance could be to work or the Copper Canyon. You understand your bike, as you do most maintenance; you may or may not be a natural mechanic but you tackle the task. If you drop your motorcycle whether on road, trail or in the garage you pick in up and don t give it a second thought. You rarely have to wash and never polish. I only wash if I suspect a covering of corrosive clay. It s all the better that the uninitiated don t recognize your elite status. Bogdan, who could go on but doesn t want to hog the floor. Where is my H's? Hi all! I am back to see what the heck is going on and ask a simple (not stupid) question: "why should I come back to the KLR 650?" I have been on the HD road for a few years with a Buell X1 Lightning then (and now) a XL1200X. There are a thousand and one reasons to leave the rumble and style of the 48 - and as many to stay with it. What say you? Rev.
