Fred at Arrowhead can get you one in a few days. I bought a spare from him before I even owned the bike! -- Blake Sobiloff http://sobiloff.typepad.com/> San Jose, CA (USA)

Speaking of oil filters - i use this place, you get 2 filters delivered to your door for around $7 - $8 depending on what bike your needing a filter for. http://stores.ebay.com/Dave-Knows-Deals Dave Oregon

I use the stainless because of the lack of availability of spare parts where I intend to wander. One less thing to carry on an overloaded machine. tom dunn Detroit

Hi, I recently imported my '97 KLR650 to Spain and I need to change the oil and filter. I am having a hard time finding an aftermarket filter here. Does anyone know where I can find one online that will ship to Spain? Your help will be much appreciated! thanks, awehber.
