Yup I rode in just now - and cheated by getting a lift home this morning :) Scouse 0nnightshift __________________________________________________________________________ Join Freeserve http://www.freeserve.com/time/ Winner of the 2003 Internet Service Providers' Association awards for Best Unmetered ISP and Best Consumer Application.

Yes, I rode to work as usual. I do drive my pickup when the weather gets over about 92 or so. Can't take the heat on the bike, and my melanoma-prone skin doesn't like being out from underneath my leather jacket. I have a big scar where the first piece of it was cut out in 1999. I don't get paid to do as much riding as I used to, though. Now I have to do more stuff in the office....driving a desk, it's called. A number of people were hired to do all the work I used to do. I thought I was going to be out on the street or something, but they tell me I am staying. Starting to relax again, guess I'll ride to Idaho at the end of the month. At 52 I live in fear of ever being unemployed again. Bill in N CA

Yeah, I rode! I ride every day. I was, however, very happy to be on my KLR today. We got beat by high winds and dumpped on by rain in Southern OH last night. Gravel, branches, loads of crap on the road and I ran through it with ease, the morning fog was refreshing. Adrian A14

I haven't driven four wheels to work in about 15 months, and it would have been longer were it not for a mechanical problem. Ride every day, it's cheaper and lots more fun. -NM Mark -----Original Message----- From: James L. I totally forgot that was today, and I had just read about it last month in American Motorcyclist! Dammit! I'll make up for it on Friday, unless it's a 102 degrees (like it's supposed to be tomorrow)! Then I'll have to wait too! GO SF GIANTS!!! Rob D in N CA A15 '84 KL 600 --- monahanwb wrote:
