Ride it until the stock exhaust starts to "tweet", then replace it if
you are embarassed (I'm not. Reminds me of my old VW Beetles and
busses). In the meantime, drill out the pilot screw plug and back the
screw out a total of three turns.

A nice upgrade. Will improve the feel, but not the actual stopping

Ride it until they're worn out. Overall, they're really pretty good
tires. When they're toast, check in with the listers and see what
will work for you.

Good idea for any real off-road excursions (especially if it's rocky
and you get a little frisky).

Put a tee in the carb vent line (see millions of posts in the
archives), add a set of Pro-Grip Gel grips, and Acerbis Rally Pro
Guards and you're ready to go have a lot of fun.

Yes. Make sure to check the valve clearance @ 500 miles; they're
usually on the tight side by then.
