nklr binoculars

Post by Wendell Ponder » Sun Mar 01, 2015 11:48 am

Boy, I sure can t add more to Jeff s dissertation ;-) on binoculars, but I ll mention a consideration if you wear glasses. I cannot use binoculars comfortably while wearing glasses. I remove them and adjust the binoculars to correct for my poor eyesight. This works well for me at baseball games and for backyard viewing. If you wear glasses, you might consider viewing with and without them to evaluate the adjustability of the various binoculars. Also, if you will frequently use them in the presence of pre-teen children, I d suggest buying a cheap pair for them to use. I recall being on a Cub Scout trip with another adult and several boys. One of the boys unscrewed an eyepiece, letting the gas escape. I thought the adult was going to cry! Wendell Ponder Grapevine, Texas
