Don't feel bad. I am seeing exactly what you are. I tried to tell Fred that and he told me the same as you. I have not touched my settings on the group since it moved to here from Google groups (?) and always had plain text messages but now they are coming through in HTML at the bottom of every message I get it says...
Your email settings: Individual Email|Traditional
The DSNklr page looks completely different than before. Click on the old link it now goes to a new address...

You're not crazy,. I'm not crazy. Maybe they are rolling out the changes slowly depending on which server you connected to or Fred did not really check and is going by old info.

Hi Fred, Robert- The Yahoo I see is not what you are describing. Neither can I figure out how to go back to the old format, if that is possible. I must be doing something wrong...as I don't have an option of Traditional or Fully featured in the Edit Membership tab. AS a SNIP, this is what is on my edit membership Tab-- Identity Yahoo! I think it is nice that Yahoo has given us the option of how we receive our messages. You can still receive yours in the traditional Plain Text way that has black type only. Some like coffee to get themselves started in the day and I prefer a little color and graphics in some of my messages, but that is just me. If you want text only messages, choose the traditional way and if you like a little more color you can choose Full Featured in your Personal Preferences. Nothing has really changed except now we have an option. So far this Yahoo message forum isn t costing us anything except a few ads once in a while. I receive my messages by email and there isn t any ads there except for Yahoo and a few urls to sites concerning our group. Fred

To answer the question "It's not".
In most cases, change is related to marketing. So I would suspect that ******FULL FEATURED!!!!!***** is full, of ads.
Remember, in the end result, everything in the world ends up as advertising. Everything.
OK, I'm a little grumpy today....

You can go to the main page and Edit Membership There you can select one of two ways to receive your messages: either Fully Featured or Traditional. I think Yahoo has changed the time that you can stay logged in. You now have to log in every two weeks, so you need to remember your username and password. Fred
