Actually, I meant to just say frame because I think the subframe is
identical. The lugs are the welded-on plates to which the Tengai's
bottom fairing piece (belly pan) mounts to. The KLR has other ones,
for its plastic dogshit shovel, I mean "skid plate".
But then again, I am only guessin about some of this stuff...there
are knowledgable experts who will offer their MENSA powers upon their
return from the desert.
