filling handle bars with silocone to reduce vibration....?

Post by Matt Brooks » Fri Apr 27, 2007 1:57 pm

I recently added gel grips and the bar snake and it dramatically improved the handlebar vibes. I'm not sure which one helped the most because I did them at the same time, but I would recommed them. The bar snake needs to be sufficiently lubed to get through the bars though. I coated mine with engine oil and it slipped right in. I doubt it's ever coming back out though:) Matt B. 06 GREEN Antioch, IL

Should work. My wife got filled with silicone and she stopped vibrating a long time ago.
