klr650: power loss

Post by Ron Pringle » Sat Mar 04, 2006 2:46 am

Luc, This sounds like the problem I had last week. There are connectors under the tank right above the coolant reserve tank that can get corrosion. Take them apart one at a time, clean them and reassemble with dielectric grease. It solved my problem when my bike wouldn't accelerate over 3000 rpm. Good luck, Ron Pringle A-14 Kensington, CA
