Tom, Sorry it was you who became the latest statistic. This happens, oft there was a DPO that overtightened the poor thing. Best fix is helicoil, IMO. CAREFUL, CAREFUL. If you were passing through San Diego on the way I'd help you fix it. All the best, Mike
