Sounds like they were simply trying to protect you from the typical cage
driver. Turn signals indicating the wrong way will most likely cause the
cage to try to pass you on the side opposite to the way you are actually
turning. No rear brake will prevent you from slowing fast enough to be rear
ended. (VBG)

By the way, did anyone see the chopper build off described by one of my
customers? Apparently the chopper has an air suspension but no stand. To
park the rider opens a valve and lets the chopper sag down until the frame
rests on the road. To ride off, an electric raises it up off the road.
Imagine a fast series of corners and a leaking air line...... Can't imagine
that's legal, certainly not smart ....
I'll bet he can't wheelie with air suspension........
