rear axle cotter/r-pin...what size?

Post by Keith Saltzer » Sat Sep 20, 2003 12:06 pm

I also have them on my motor mounts, my chain adjusters, and my subframe upgrade. One time I forgot to tighten the rear axle bolt. No problems for 20 miles or so. That's when I just remembered to tighten it. I also forgot to tighten my front engine mount bolts two months ago when I did my valves. (I retorque them in the manual given sequence) They stayed right where I left them, hand tight, for 3000 miles. Not to bad I'd say.
