Not my post but I saw this while surfing one of the local usenet forsale boards - don't know anything about this bike other than the price looks good - I'm in Raleigh, NC and assume the bike is nearby - if I had the $1800 I'd go look at it Dunno what he means by dirt only - weren't the KLX 650's dual sport? jim --------------------------------- In Really good shape This 1993 KLX 650 4 Stroke dirt bike had been in storage for the past 6 years and I pulled it out a few months ago and had the kawsaki dealership go thru everything it needed to ride the trails again.( $476 worth) The 650 is the ultimate 4 stroke dirt bike. It os NOT an Off/ON Bike.. Its a Total dirt bike.. We used to go to Uharrie National Forest and the 2 stroke bikers had a hard time taming the rocky hills there.. However the KLX sounds like a massey ferguson tractor just chugging up the hills with no strain!! We did go riding recently in VA.... So it needs a bath I just plain and simple do not have time to ride it. Wish I did... asking $1800 Call Jeff (919) 270-4604
