I've had my low-end Thor 327 boots for two years now and I like them too. I found them at a local shop for $99. They're comfy and holding up very well. They seem to run about a half size big, which is good so I can wear heavy wool socks in the winter. Get some real Kombat Boots - Matterhorn Cold Weather Combat boots are
waterproof and insulated and look like serious footwear rather than
space boots.
Used ones on ebay all the time for cheap. Already broken
in too. Kick some ass.

[dsn_klr650] crap - got ticketed (nklr)
This was my reply to Ed's earlier message. I don't know why Ed's posting
this stuff to the KLR list, but I sure don't want to start another silly
argument thread either.
