clean???? owners manual states that warranty is voided if bike is cleaned;) oj

the initial agony can be somewhat alleviated by the use of a good strong figure eight bandage that pulls your shoulders back. I would say about five weeks. I recall being amazed a few years ago to read about a champion bicycle racer who broke his and attempted to race just a few days later...it didn't work...I ended up having a big knot where the break happened and a lot of scar tissue in my shoulder. That part, regaining strength and flexibility in the neck and shoulder took 3 to 6 months of weekly physical therapy. Kurt (been there done that)
