Yup, It sure worked for me. I'll add one thing. "Swing the Uni-Trac out of the way" can be translated to mean lift the (rear) wheel. It would help to have something around ( I used a 8" ? piece of 2x4, you could come up with something more stable/safer) to hold the wheel up.
