Sometimes stuff gets backed up in the queue at the server level. If you shut down and reboot the phone it brings everything related to the phone to the front of the queue and sends it. In my experience.

Whats up with the CRAPPY Verizon Service?
In the last few weeks, Some Text come threw ok, Some have taken 28 1/2 HOURS (Yes I have gotten 4 that took a DAY to receive.
Major City 4G & Wifi
Received 6 other text's from same person today alone, then just got one at 8:20 sent, Yesterday about 3pm.
Same a few days ago, 18 HOURS LATER.
