OK, I went to the dealer and got the part numbers for the parts that I need to replace, I WTB a;
1. A starter switch (stop switch) assemble for the right side. Part No: 27045-1071. It is some $65.00 at the dealer. If anyone has a working stop switch, please let me know the cost. BTW, this is for a 2003 KLR650 which I think is the A Model.
2. I also need the Left Mirror Housing. Part No: 46091-1791. Some of you suggested the part sold by Fred; I took a look at it and I think it will work out just fine. So this part is not that big of an issue.
So, anyone have a starter switch (stop switch) assemble for the right side. Part No: 27045-1071.

perhaps the best oil response ever
Someone on another KLR group asked:
"How long does it take to get an accurate reading in the sight glass once you power off the bike after riding?"
The response was brilliant: "It is easy to find out to your degree of satisfaction. Shut the engine off and time the rise of the oil in the sight glass. When you are satisfied that it has mostly stopped rising, that is how long it takes."
