hheeeeeellllllllppppppp
is the rear suspension bell crank the same on an 08 as on prior years? What about the bolt, is it the same size?
I carried the bike out of the basement to the garage so I can cut through the bell crank and bolt on both sides and get it out. I need either a new crank and bolt or a used set. Strictly dirt said he has one in the back but believes it to be a 93. If that wont fit then I need to order a new set asap. I am supposed to leave for canada May 21 but without the back end I am done
Fred, can you order OEM?

Yes, I can order OEM. Check your part numbers for both Gen 1 & 2 at: http://www.kawasaki.com/home/ My guess is that they are different. Fred

This thing is pretty cool. Great resource is needing a place to crash, mechanical help and meet riders like yourself. http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149585 View map of tent space hosting locations. Click the waypoint and you get the link to the person hosting and all the information. Plus the host will be able to guide you on the best routes, etc.. http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=776925 This is my post in New Mexico: http://advrider.com/forums/showpost.php?p=19309359 I live in the Sandia Mountains around 7200 feet, my road is called Angeles Vista Circle. Cool tree house, a RV parking with 50 amp, lots of drive way space, two spare room bedrooms, couches, etc. I have a truck and trailer for emergency pickup and a load of tools, etc. Also a possible place to drop off a vehicle and stage yourself from here. Gated community, rural and secure. If your looking for a staging point from I-40 and @10 miles east of Albuquerque and gonna head north into the Sangre De Christo's and other northern areas my place is good as gold. Motorcycle stores are nearby and a neighbor professional home based bike mechanic business. A road up to 12,000 feet (Sandia crest) with 108 turns of asphalt twisties and a killer view of ABQ at 12,5.. feet. I have a garage, many tools. Also several good places to eat here in the mountains, brew pubs and local New Mexican food. A great place to stage your vehicle and head out and explore. Ateam From: normkel32@... If not will try to remember as have garage, trailer & ramp, SUV for towing, tools and some skills. Many times people have dropped by on trips to solve some problem and receive phone calls from people stuck on side of road, sometimes across the continent, from time to time. Most pleased to help as know others would be equally pleased to help me. Anyone in or coming through British Columbia, Fraser Valley is more than welcome to contact me for phone and address in case of need.
