kits and what to carry?

Post by RobertWichert » Mon Feb 04, 2013 9:02 am

This reminds me that I need a new fire extinguisher for the truck. I consider the opportunity to put out a fire a blessing from God. Nothing better than putting out a fire. Well, maybe I can think of something, but you know what I mean. Robert Wichert P.Eng. LEED AP BD&C +1 916 966 9060 FAX +1 916 966 9068 ===============================================

mikuni carb for klr?

Post by Lee Dodge » Mon Feb 04, 2013 10:00 am

Go to the Mikuni website and sarchh for a replacement carb for the XR 400R. It may be close . It's a pumper direct pull. You could also just Google XR400 R carb replacement. I know the website XR's Forever? has a kit since the bare carb from Mikuni won't match up directly to the XR air box. Cost . . @$400 ?? Anyway this looks like what you'all were describing.
