Why didn't Ithink of it 40+- years ago. I often wear a ball cap, to shade my eye's, (head full of hair.) and especially when it rains. Then the hat gets SOAKING WET, therefore soon my head. I sprayed water replent (2 coats) on my cap tested it, pouring water on it, even letting some stand, It DID GREAT. I have sprayed my (camping , traveling) stuff sacks, usualy the day I get new ones, or very soon after. never thought to spray my ball caps. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

HEY Y'ALL I also belong to "Great Lakes dual sport MC" and GLDSMC works with a SOUTHERN group. Dixie dual sport, that put on rides threwout the yr., Like Crossing Florida from Daytona, in March. So when you are in the southern states Mississippi to Virginia, GA, NC. ETC ETC! heres a contact info for Activities, or what ever.
