throttle cables... where do they break?
When a throttle cable goes, where does it happen? Up at the
controls or down at the carb?

throttle cables... where do they break?
Almost always at the top. I've seen them break at the top, bottom and in the middle but usually most likely at the top unless the outer housing is damaged to let in moisture.

throttle cables... where do they break?
I never lube throttle cables. I do lube a clutch cable from time to time. You could use something dry like graphite on your throttle cables if you think they need some lube.

throttle cables... where do they break?
Dudes, K recommends cables be
lubricated: every 3k miles/after
operation in wet or rainy
conditions/every year; the Owner's
Manual says so.
A synthetic lubricant with teflon
would be best for lubing cables.
If the cables lock-up, bad things
could happen.
