This will surely label me as a KLR newbie, but I have had my 88 KLR since 1992. But what is this A designation I keep seeing (A7, A13 etc...) I am assuming its the years since the first ones were built. help me out here.

I've got a 37" sleeve, 6'5" and the First Gear stuff comes in legit tall sizes. Fits me like any rack fit tall size coats do. The Trekker or Kilimanjaro jackets should fit you in the tall quite nicely. I take a XXLT for anyone interested, First Gear is the same fit as Eddie Bauer or Cabela's in their coat sizing, maybe a bit trimmer but hey, it is a bike jacket. I'm not exactly a world traveler but for the money I'm quite satisfied with the quality of my Trekker jacket. Ridegear.com had good First Gear pricing, just be sure when you order that the jacket is in stock. They are a bit slow to pack and ship and I wouldn't want to deal with them in a backorder situation. Oh yeah, check their closeouts section too, they often have talls in First Gear stuff there. -- ___ ______ _____ __ ________ ___ / _ |< < / == / ___/__ / /_ /_ __/ / __ ____ _ ___ /__ \ / __ |/ // / ****/ (_ / _ \/ __/ / / / _ \/ // / ' \/ _ \ /__/ /_/ |_/_//_/ == \___/\___/\__/ /_/ /_//_/\_,_/_/_/_/ .__/ (_) 8600 miles*Russel Lines*Supertrapp Race* /_/ http://www.kingsqueak.org/klr650/
