I appreciate the response. I took a break and am going back in now. If I've calmed down enough I'll make a careful exam and get things clear. The problem is that it doesn't make sense, everything is right....well, obviously not. This should be so easy. I coulda been a mechanic, I think. I replaced the engine in my truck 5 months ago. Easy. And the job was mostly just like the last one I did. When I do my car brakes I turn my rotors with a hand file and my drums with my fingernails. When I went to Moab I had what I needed in case the head gasket on my truck blew again (luckily wound up only replacing the radiator in Moab)....so this is really crappy. I'll be back. thanks, eric

Does anyone have experience with the Happy Trails centerstand with the available "foot kick" tang designed to make it easier to hoist the bike up onto the centerstand? Any info would be much appreciated. TIA, Bob A17 Fresno, CA
