new slant on tires

Post by Weaver, Mark » Thu Oct 12, 2000 11:48 am

well, not many tires are better on street AND dirt than stock, but apparently, just about anything lasts longer. i've heard great things about the conti tkc-80. i'll try those next. one good thing about the stock tires is they're available from dual-star for $100/pair. your bike ony weighs 350 lbs? wanna trade?? my klr weighs 400 with a full tank. of course my mountain bike (santacruz superlight) only weighs 23.5, so maybe it works out. mw
