what Pig? GuzziGuzziherelittlepiggy?
I did post a series of ride reports, but did not go into much detail regarding the brand new F650GS Dakari, which shed various pieces, mostly plastic...chain guard, extra little fender they have over the rear wheel, etc.....all on smooth graded dirt roads......he stayed away from the "experienced rider" routes...most people took the easy routes. I don't blame 'em. You're a long way from home out there.> > It'll be a Dakar.....and Ruslr'z new XR650(some pig eh?)Come on down > Bill....... > What happened in Idaho?

You want to have 2 throttles????
Does your throttle lock not have a thumb quick release? No need to
take your hand off the bars if it does.
I have installed throttle locks on many bikes, and am going to
install one on my A13. I have never had a problem with being unable
to close the throttle. It does take some fiddling, but I have always
been able to adjust it to a point where it is tight enough to hold
the throttle, yet loose enough to be able to move the throttle even
without disengaging it.
Yes, it might be dangerous if you adjusted it so tight that you can't
roll off the throttle in a situation like that, but I haven't had
that problem.
