Timan, The puller I used was a crude homemade item borrowed from a friend. I did just what the manual seems to suggest. Screwed it in as tight as I could and then gave it a whack or two with a hammer. Screw. Whack. Repeat until flywheel pops off. ( does sound X-rated !)
