I live in Greenacres on the Southwest border of West Palm Beach. Maybe we'll meet one of these days and talk KLR and adventure touring stuff. Thanks for the feedback on Dual Star's centerstand. It makes me feel more confident about buying one. Later. adapters for 1 1/8" (taperlite style) bars, with forward extensio n?

has anyone ever seen adapters for large-diameter bars that also move the bars forward? my local shop didn't know anything about them, but they didin't bother to actually look or anything. i know i want my bars further forward, and i might want a different bend later. if i can get 1 1/8" adapters that move the bar forward, i might consider getting new bars right away too. otherwise (and maybe anyway), i'll just buy the used set of 7/8" forward-risers that a lister is offering. mw
