the old dsn_klr650 list seems to be working...

Post by Zachariah Mully » Mon Sep 18, 2000 5:23 pm

Korg'ers- Anyone else seeing emails tricking in on the old DSN_KLR650 address/list? I was confused as hell as to why my filters were not working until I realized that the offending mail was from the old list... Just wondering if we can go back now to the old list. Arne, what's the official word? Zack 1991 KLR650 "Buster" 1986 Concours

First off, I want to extend a HUGE thankyou to "mini-me"... Kurt has been pulling levers, pushing buttons, and throwing switches in aherculean effort to keep things afloat. All this, and he is eeevil, like me. I have been too busy trying to work my own damage control on the home front, that I have been neglecting the list. My apologies to all... not that it would have helped our recent problems, and I think I was able to respond to all the individual Emails that eneded up in my inbox... but still... As fer as the "official" word... I don't think anyone has received one. The old list seems to be working again, so lets keep our fingers crossed. Thanks Arne. Thanks Kurt. I would also like to thank Rev. Chuck. It seems the Rev. was working to help solve the problem too. I know a bunch of other guys were on the case but since I wasn't able too pay much attention I forget who they are. Good job everyone. It is good to see the KLR mailbox active again. The double issue of DSN looked great in the other mailbox. Biker Mike First off, I want to extend a HUGE thankyou to "mini-me"... I think it was the Professor who finally rapped their knuckles loud enough to get some attention... Kurt

ride planned-paiute trail-oct 1-5/2000

All this talk about the Paiute trail, Copper Canyon, Oregon Back Country Route, I've decided to do a ride this fall. I'm going to ride the Paiute Trail on Oct 1-5, 2000 (just over 1 1/2 weeks from now). Anyone care to join me? It'd be nice to have someone to share the experience with, split hotels and help in case of injury. Here is a link to the trail website; http://www.marysvale.org/contents.html If the trail is finished a day early, I plan to skip over to Moab and ride a trail there. Let me know offline if you're innterested and we can go over final details.
