they'd rather I called back next month....the guy on phone mentioned "various problems and stuff" causing delays....whatever...I'm sure they do the best they can. One other thing, I don't recommend the little clip-on compass they sell. Mine failed by getting "sticky" internally....won't rotate freely enough to function....one year old, it had an easy life too...sure was cool looking..... FWIW eric
