> next time... Oh yeah - important step missing....... Oil and water do not mix. Make sure your filter is 100% dry. Any water in the filter will prevent oil from soaking. Then when the water dries, you have un-oiled parts of your filter where dust can pass thru. Whatever your method, be sure it dries the filter 100%. This might be a non-issue with "no-toil" (since it's not oil), but I'd do it anyway..... I have read that NoToil filter oil has alcohol in it. It is very thin and when the alcohol evaporates, it leaves the oil distributed evenly and very tacky. Doesn't alcohol absorb water? (if it makes any difference) I am a NoToil dealer and have sold many sets of this oil to many satisfied customers. I even use it in my shop as it is much easier to use than conventional filter oil. You can read about the NoToil system at http://www.angelfire.com/ut/moab/newproduct.html Fred
