Theres are two bike that I would have to mention here. The first is a Suzuki PE-250. If you are not familiar with the PE it was a RM with a wider gear ratio and a light kit. It was really an awesome bike. The one night I forgot to chain it up it was stolen from in front of my apartment. The other was by far the best dirt bike serious dirt bike I have ever owned. It was a Bultaco 250 Alpina. I worked a dirt bike camp (Camp Trailbreaker, Blairsville Pa.) back in the summer of 1976 and that is where I bought it. There was a hill called Katen Hill (don't know the spelling) that we would take the kids that had their own bikes to. About 3/4 of the way up there were roots that went almost all the way across the path. All the Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha motercrossers would get almost all the way up and run out of power. I could actually go up the hill in 2nd and near the very top shift to 3rd. I swear I think I could climb a wall with that bike. Top speed on that bike was about 60 mph but it had unbelievable torque. _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com Share information about yourself, create your own public profile at http://profiles.msn.com
