more advice, please.....pipes (duck!)

OK, I know; pipes have been hashed out before, but........ I've decided to buy an aftermarket pipe for The Mule, regardless of how the warranty exhaust replacement thing goes (anyone interested in a new OEM exhaust?). I've narrowed it down to two choices: a Supertrapp Quiet Series IDS2, or a Laser Pro Duro. Supertrapp: cheaper (don't care), more readily available/serviced (care somewhat), mostly good rep among KLR listers (is this right?). Laser: Higher quality/more reliable (true?), less maintenance/no repacking required ( I care), exotic coolness factor (blush!), questionable availability (Fred: can we get them yet? If not, how did Gino get his?). Seems the consensus is that they both moderately increase performance (I care alot!), and loudness (I like that, as long as it's not TOO loud and sounds cool, like a thumper should).
