Megacycle must have a different way of measuring cam timing. The are, differeng ways to measure and the method used ought to be mentioned when the timing is listed. For some reason Kawasaki don't mention the method used in their KLR manuals. It is possible that Kawasaki is taking the timing as starting the instant the valve leaves the seat. Megacycle might assume the timing starts and finishes at a certain amount of lift, something like 1mm or 50thou or something like that. Either way, Kawasaki and Megacycle should say how it is measured. Mister_T> 1. We know the quoted cam duration and timing from the supplement > 2. Megacycle quote stock duration as 227 and 222 lift of .345 and .355.
