Check the wedge-shaped piece that locks the front of the Givi case. Mine came loose and I removed the screws, added thread locker and reassembled. Hasn't come loose since. I always ride with my tailbox mounted and it gets some major vibrations on some of the dirt roads I ride. Tim's side racks use nyloc nuts to attach the mounting buttons and standard screws to attach the wedge. I would check them all but I've had good luck with nyloc nuts so far. Thanks.
