There is no crankshaft seal. The flywheel and pickup coil etc, all are immersed in the oil sump. The "grease" you're referring to is a mix of oil and steel powder from your gears under normal wear, assuming you have a fair amount of miles on your bike. This stuff will cling to magnetic/magnetized components. Mark B2 A2>1. Does anyone........
