Send this one straight to the trash if you don't believe in WD40 in the
first place...
I'm not sure if this has reared its ugly head before - couldn't find
anything in the archives...
Could you use WD40 or a similar lube in a Scottoiler? It seems (if it
works properly) to be the ideal delivery device for it...Turn it off
when you go on the dirt, dump a load to get it clean quick when you get
back on the tar, have it feed a regular amount when you're around
town....I'm guessing you would need a higher flow rate than if you were
using a regular oil, since it disappears so quick. Any fling-off would
be fairly harmless I'm thinking...now I haven't seen the Scottoiler in
the flesh, so I'm assuming a few things here.
Am I on crack?
