I think it has something to do with the heat. People are crazy here. When
the left turn arrow changes to red it is not unusual to see 4 or 5 more cars
go through it, add that to way too many people in an area too small. It is
flusterating to sit through 4 or 5 light cycles at each light when they are
1 mile apart. It is no excuse but that is the way it is. I have noticed
that the bike rides seem to be more responsible here.
Most here do not say "pardon me" what they do say will make a sailor
blush(if they are not shooting at you.
